Can I order a product, even if the availability is
orange (out of stock)?
- At poleware you can just order products that are in stock.
- If you click on 'notify me' on the products page you will receive an email as soon as the product is available again.
Can I excange a product?
- If the article does not meet your expectations you have the right to return the product within 30 days.
- The packaging and the article may not be damaged. Please try shoes on a soft floor like a carpet and clothes over your underwear.
- For the product sent back you will receive a voucher valid for any articles at poleware.
